Scientists tried to warn us. Climatologists tried to warn us. They all tried to warn us.But humanity didn't listen. The Galactic Council gathers together on planet Zudar in the Valor Nebula. The Citadel is often thought of as home to all Council members, but the Council members are free to come and go as they please. If an audience with the Council is requested, the council members beam in via hologram.
The council consists of most alien races, though only two Council members may be from the same race at most.A race cannot have anybody in the Council if they do not have a Shale.

Every race has one--at least, they better, if they want a chance to join The Galactic Council.

What is a Shale?
Shales are considered to be the 'best of the best' in their race, a cut above the rest. They are strong, intelligent, and tend to have a keen sense of determination and justice.A Shale is not chosen just because they are strong or just because they are intelligent. For a person to be recruited into The Shales, another Shale must have seen them perform a task or mission in such a way that few others could manage.A Shale is a trusted individual meant to carry out the law in space. They are limited by next to nothing. If given a task by The Galactic Council, they are allowed to do just about anything to complete it. When operating on their own missions, they only need to show that they were acting in the best interest of unity or protection in space.It is not uncommon for a Shale and their crew to be referred to as a mercenary group.

What do Shales get?

  • Achyx Gear (Fullbody suit, helmet, gloves, boots.) (Achyx - a highly protective alloy)

  • A Private Advanced Spaceship (with the logo of their race's branch on it)

  • "Rank" - (When one becomes a Shale, they only have to listen to the Council. None others can command a Shale, even if the Shale was previously under another's Command.)

  • Their Crew - If a Shale had a crew before their promotion, the crewmates have the choice to remain working under the Shale or to leave. A Shale can recruit others of any race to work underneath them, though the Shale takes responsibility by default for the actions of the crew under them.

Are there any downsides?

  • Reputation - Not everybody likes Shales. Some people believe that Shales have too much power and not enough keeping them in check. Most people have one extreme opinion or the other. Either they really respect and look up to Shales, or they despise them. There is no in-between.

  • Responsibility - Shales are responsible for all actions taken by those they recruit. If a Shale's underling commits a crime, the Shale must take responsibility for it or be the one to send the underling to prison. If a Shale allows something to "slide", it is seen as that Shale endorsing the actions of their underling.

Is there anybody that cannot be a Shale?You cannot be a Shale if...

  • ...you've committed a Class 6 Crime (Premeditated Murder without a good cause)

  • ...you have been convicted of a war crime

  • ...you have a vendetta against another race or species that is not backed by the Council (For example, a vendetta against a race that is trying to destroy the universe is completely backed by the Council.)

  • ...you refuse to have translator installed in your communicator device. (You must be able to communicate with all species and races flawlessly.)

  • Known Facts: Varrant has been a Shale for 503 years. Varrant does not think highly of most other alien races. He seems to enjoy attempting to court Human Shale #01 whenever possible. Varrant likes to work alone (with only his hand-picked crew) but will occasionally try to tempt Human Shale #01 into joining him on missions.

  • Background: Varrant has always been extremely intelligent, as most Vaaks are. However, he was always a cut above the rest. Varrant dreamed of becoming a Shale one day, so he spent much of his youth jumping between bootcamps to train his strength and endurance. Varrant was recruited by a Krokor to become a Shale.

  • Name: Vaf'i Ilinari

  • Rank: Shale

  • Age: 306 years old

  • Race: Sulchtor

  • Reports To: The Galactic Council

  • Personality: Cunning, Ambitious, Smart, Strong, Determined

  • Known Facts: Vaf'i had a very privileged life growing up. She has been a Shale for at least 100 years. She is known by many to be very fierce and determined, as well as confident. It has been noted, however, that around Human Shale #01, she seems to become a bit... submissive.

  • Background: Vaf'i grew up on the Zigmavi Planet in the Fentari Nebula. She was given the best training and education, striving to get where she is now. She dated briefly in her younger years, but currently has had no interest in dating until she met the Human Shale #01.

  • Known Facts: Daniel shows obsessive tendencies toward his Shale Commander. He is fiercely protective over them. It is speculated that he is in love with them. Daniel grew up on Hisuol981, a well-known farming planet in the Veina Galaxy.

  • Military Background: Daniel joined the military as soon as he turned 17. His competency and skills earned him Sergeant rank by the time he was 23. When he was 25, he was transferred to work under Human Shale #01, who at the time was a Commander. When his Commander was promoted to Shale, Daniel made the choice to stay under them despite his own dislike of most Shales.

  • Name: Incivius Morectul

  • Rank: N/A - Mercenary/Assassin

  • Age: 508 years old

  • Race: Krokor

  • Reports To: Human Shale #01

  • Personality: Possessive, Intimidating, Demanding, Smart, Aggressive, VERY horny, VERY kinky, Territorial, Confident

  • Known Facts: Incivius' life has revolved around being a merc-for-hire and never cared for romance or intimacy. Incivius' name was known far and wide for being a great killer and assassin, but that all changed when he met The Human Shale #01. When Incivius met The Human Shale #01, he convinced the Shale to hire him on. As a Krokor, Incivius is capable of getting any gender pregnant.

  • Background: Incivius has been deadly ever since he was a child which prompted him to leave his home planet and join a band of mercs. Incivius met The Shale #01 by chance on Planet Zudar in the Valor Nebula when he was doing a supply run. He has since worked tirelessly to become the Shale's right-hand-man... and more.

Q: Who are you?
A: You can call me Viperium. That's what you'll find me under on JanitorAI. I am 25, female, and generally very friendly.
Q: What kind of content do you make?
A: I make bots that are generally obsessed, obsessive, or deeply in love with the "user." It isn't for everybody, but it's what I enjoy making.
Q: Do you only do Sci-Fi?
A: Not at all! I do fantasy and modern, plus AU type worlds! I have... a lot of bots that are private right now that I'm adjusting to publish eventually. I'm also making more websites like this for more lore for non-sci-fi characters.

A: Midjourney! And then I edit them in befunky.
